Current Openings

1. Full-Time E-commerce Manager (40 hours per week)

As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing and expanding our online store. You’ll focus on product optimization, conversion rate improvements, and strategic decisions regarding our product portfolio.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset

2. Full-Time Customer Service Representative (40 hours per week)

You will be the face and voice of Montra. With a positive attitude, you’ll help customers via email, phone, and chat to ensure they always have a great experience.

What we expect from you:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented attitude
  • Experience with customer service software such as Zendesk is a plus

3. Part-Time Content Creator (16–24 hours per week)

As a Content Creator, you’ll create engaging product descriptions, inspiring blog posts, and social media content that connects with our audience and grows our visibility.

What we expect from you:

  • Strong writing skills and creativity
  • Interest in online marketing and SEO
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus

4. Part-Time Logistics & Supply Chain Assistant (20 hours per week)

As a Logistics & Supply Chain Assistant, you’ll support daily logistics processes, maintain contact with suppliers, and ensure the smooth flow of goods.

  • Accurate and organized working style
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Experience with logistics processes is a plus

5. Internship: Online Marketing & Social Media (32–40 hours per week)

During this exciting internship, you’ll learn everything about online marketing, running social media campaigns, and boosting visibility and engagement. You’ll work closely with our marketing team.

  • Creative mindset and passion for social media
