Free Shipping Within the United States

We offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required!
Your package will be delivered right to your doorstep.


Processing Time & Order Tracking

All orders are processed immediately after purchase and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from our international warehouse.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can easily monitor your shipment via our Track Your Order page.

In most cases, tracking information is available shortly after your order is placed. If there’s a delay, tracking will be provided within 2 business days at the latest.


Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeframe is 2 to 8 business days.
We do our best to ensure your order arrives within this window.

Note: During holidays, peak periods, or severe weather events, delivery may take up to 14 days. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on your order status.


Accurate Shipping Information

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping details are complete and accurate.
If you notice any mistakes, contact us immediately at support@montra-usa.com so we can correct them before your package is shipped.


Order Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled as it is immediately processed and shipped from our international warehouse.

However, you’re covered by our 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item(s).
If you ordered multiple items, the 14-day window begins once the last item in your order has been delivered.


Package Not Received?

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Wait 24 hours — sometimes it arrives the next day.
  • Check with neighbors, your mailbox, or areas around your home.
  • Contact your local delivery service to see if it was dropped off nearby.

Still no luck after 24 hours?
Reach out to our support team, we’ll be happy to assist.


Lost Packages

If you believe your package is lost, please contact us immediately.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you can’t locate it, we’ll open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
These investigations may take several weeks, and we appreciate your cooperation while we work toward a solution.

We always aim to resolve such cases fairly and to your satisfaction, within the policies of our shipping partners.


Unclaimed or Refused Packages

If you're not home during delivery, the carrier will usually attempt delivery up to two times.
If unsuccessful, your package may be held at a local pickup point.

If the package is not picked up within the carrier’s timeframe, it may be returned to a third-party warehouse (not to us), and fall outside our control.

⚠️ Please note:
We cannot issue refunds for packages that are refused or not picked up.
Refunds are only possible when an item is returned according to our official return policy.

If a package must be re-shipped due to failed delivery or non-pickup, we’ll cover the cost of one additional shipping attempt.
For each subsequent attempt, a $9.00 shipping fee will be charged.
